Pasarela Abierta echa el cierre con desfiles muy innovadores Marzo 27, 2006
La jornada de clausura del certamen de moda Pasarela Abierta ofreció unos desfiles que destacaron por lo innovador de sus propuestas. Por la mañana, todos los los diseñadores participantes se habían reunido con la prensa para demostrar que la oratoria no es lo suyo, y que es sobre la pasarela donde dan muestras de su verdadero talento.
El encuentro con los medios sirvió para que Cristina Suau y José Durán, directores creativos del evento, hicieran balance de una edición que ha superado a la del año pasado en público y en interés, “tanto del público como de la prensa”, lo que augura unas inmejorables expectativas para próximos eventos. “La idea es hacer cantera para el futuro”, señalan.
La tarde se abrió con el desfile del colectivo Almacén de ideas, integrado por cinco jóvenes diseñadores: Maitene Bilbao, Mónica Soto, Ana Tovar, y los murcianos Lucía Sánchez y José Manuel Martínez, que dejaron bien alto el pabellón ante su público.
Ropa de raíz deportiva
Lucía Sánchez ofreció en ‘Miss Training’ unos modelos que reutilizan de una manera original el concepto de la moda más informal, de inspiración deportiva, “caracterizada por una cierta ingenuidad”. Por su parte, José Manuel Martínez apostó con su ‘Muñecas de tacón alto’ en una recreación del estilo de Studio 54 y un homenaje a las mujeres “echadas para adelante” y las noches ibicencas. La colección de este admirador de John Galiano puso al público en pie y cosechó grandes ovaciones entre los asistentes..
Tras el despliegue de Almacén de ideas le llegó el turno al dúo Jan Iu Més, cuyas creaciones se basan en la deconstrucción de los patrones más clásicos. Les tomaron el relevo la pareja austríaca de Fabric Interseasons que apuesta por la recreación de la obra de cineasta Claude Lelouch.
Como colofón a tanta exhibición de talento, el reconocido diseñador bilbaíno Jon Fiz presentó ‘Working Class’, en la que reutiliza la lona como tejido, como un homenaje a la clase obrera. Después de un par de días plenos de ‘glamour’ y creatividad, los protagonistas se despidieron de Murcia con una gran fiesta celebrada en Mundaka Club animada por DJ Fra y un concierto en directo del grupo Lontano.
